Is this your first time obtaining a US passport? If so, it can be an overwhelming task! Do NOT worry we are here to help. If you decide to use our services, you will be guided every step of the way. Once you pick your time frame and complete payment for your order, you will receive an instructional checklist.

Your checklist will have the form you need (DS-11) linked to the government website to fill out. When filling this form out and if you have any questions, please feel free to call or email your passport specialist. Once completed, you will print it off as instructed. After that, you will move on the following steps.

After you have compiled everything listed in your instructions, you will then make your appointment at your local post office if you haven’t already. You will then see your acceptance agent who will go over your documents with you. DO NOT sign any of your documents until you are in front of them. When finished, they will seal everything in an adjudicated envelope and hand it back to you.

The last step will be using FedEx/UPS to next day ship it to us. The address will be listed in the instructions. We will alert you once received and keep you up to date! In this case, no news is good news.
